Product introduction
The silicon carbide ceramic foam filter is mainly made of high-purity silicon carbide fine powder as raw material, which can effectively filter impurities, make the molten metal filling stable, alleviate the impact of the molten metal on he cavity, greatly reduce the slag inclusion pores, sand holes and other casting defects to improve the quality and yield of castings. The ZC-0202 series are a new type of product developed by ZC-TECH. They use unique material ratios and the latest technology, with higher strength and usage temperature, and good impact resistance. They are mainly suitable for placing filter plates at the bottom of the sprue or in harsh casting environment with higher temperature.
Product Features
The silicon carbide ceramic foam filter can remove impurities and improve the purity of molten metal efficiently and reduce turbulent air entrainment to achieve uniform distribution of casting structure. It can also improve casting surface quality and yield, and reduce defect risk. It is used for ductileiron,greyiron and non-ferro alloy molten metal filtration.
