Product introduction
Wide distribution single crystal thermally conductive alumina is grown by high-temperature calcination, and then undergo precision grading, purification and other processes to obtain the final product.
The obtained alumina is a single intact alumina crystal without surface defects and internal grain boundaries, with α - Al ₂O3, high phase content, low oil absorption value, high purity, high bulk density, good flowability, and excellent thermal conductivity.
Product Application
Wide distribution single crystal thermally conductive alumina is widely used in thermal interface materials, such as thermal conductive silicone, thermal conductive silicone grease, and thermal conductive sealant; thermal conductive engineering plastics for LED lampshades, switch housings, and electrical product heat dissipation; high power LED circuit boards, power circuit boards, and other thermally conductive aluminum based copper-clad laminates; alumina ceramic filter; thermal spray coating and electrical fillers.
