Spherical alumina products are made by high- temperature melting and calcination of alumina single crystals, followed by precision classification, purification and other processes to obtain the final product.

 

It is featured with good filling performance:the powder has high sphericity and controllable particle size distribution, and can be used for high-density filling of silicone and epoxy resins. The mixture has low viscosity and good fluidity.

 

It is also featured with high thermal conductivity and low equipment wear: a single model has a concentrated particle size distribution and a spherical appearance, which has low wear on the mixer, forming equipment, and other equipments, and can significantly extend the service life of the equipment. The regular spherical structure can achieve multi-directional heat transfer, good dispersion in the system, and high thermal conductivity of the product.

 

It is widely used in thermal interface material: thermal conductive silicone gaskets, thermal conductive silicone grease, thermal conductive potting adhesive, thermal conductive double-sided adhesive, phase change materials, etc; thermal conductive engineering plastics: LED lampshade, switch housing, electronic product housing, electrical product heat dissipation components, etc; thermal conductive aluminum-based copper-clad plate: high-power LED circuit board, power circuit board, etc; aluminum oxide ceramic filter; thermal spray coating; and electronic ceramics.
