Product introduction
High white aluminum hydroxide refers to aluminum hydroxide (ATH) products that have extremely low levels of coloring impurities such as iron (Fe) and titanium (Ti) through carefully selected raw materials and special processing techniques, resulting in extremely high whiteness and excellent color stability. It is not only a flame-retardant filler, but also a high-end functional material.

Core Quantitative Indicator
Whiteness
This is the most intuitive and important indicator for defining high white aluminum hydroxide.
Ordinary aluminum hydroxide whiteness: usually between 92% and 95% (measured by ISO brightness or Hunter L value).
High whiteness aluminum hydroxide whiteness: The whiteness must be ≥ 96%. High end products can even reach over 98%, with a white appearance as pure as snow.
Intrinsic chemical indicators: extremely low impurity content. The essence of high whiteness lies in extremely high chemical purity, especially strict control over color impurities. Fe2 O3 is the most important coloring impurity, and even trace amounts can cause the product to turn yellow and gray. High white products require Fe2 O3 content of less than 0.01% (100ppm), while high-quality products require a content of less than 0.005% (50ppm).Titanium dioxide (TiO ₂) and other heavy metal impurities are also strictly restricted .


Product Features
It is featured with excellent color stability-High whiteness aluminum hydroxide not only has a high initial whiteness, but more importantly, it has the ability to resist yellowing. Due to its extremely low metal impurity content, it is not easy to catalyze the oxidative degradation reaction of polymers under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation or heating environment (i.e., it is not easy to "promote yellowing"). The final products using high white aluminum hydroxide, such as white cables and household appliance casings, can maintain bright and stable colors for a long time without yellowing over time. It is aso featured with environmental protection and flame retardancy. It fully retains the halogen-free, low smoke, and non-toxic flame retardant properties of ordinary aluminum hydroxide, and exerts its flame retardant effect through endothermic decomposition and release of water vapor.
